Garbage app that does nothing but waste your time. I've been trying to log in form the past week with no luck, as the face recognition keeps failing! I called the customer service which couldn't help me solve the problem, and ask me to try on another device. I'm only giving the app one start because it doesn't allow us to give it zero. Absolutely terrible!

I have been facing a serious issue with this app for the past 10 days. Every time I try to log in, the face verification fails to capture my photo, even though my ID, password, and PIN are correct. I updated the app, reinstalled it, cleared cache, and even tried another device, but the problem is still there. This has caused me a lot of trouble and wasted time. Please fix this issue as soon as possible because it affects daily use and important services

It was very good before but now it's the worst app I ever used. When I tried to login it says face is uncentred every time even i my face is centered perfectly. I can't login so, so please fix the as soon as possible. thank you
