I'm facing a issue with the camp data system. I'm inside the camp location, where I'm supposed to get unlimited data, but the app still charges my 1 GB It feels like the app can't detect my location properly, I tried contacting customer service contact customer service but didn't get any response

First of all, their customer service is very very bad, Their internet service is very bad and very slow, I would kindly request everyone to please let someone know about their Sim don't buy. Buying their internet is nothing more than a waste of money.Their network service is very very bad.

🥲 I haven't received an OTP to log in to this app. I've been trying for a long time. I've called customer care and there's no option to talk to them on 800544.
