I have never experienced such rude and unfair customer support as I did today. My order was initially rejected due to a card issue, but once I corrected the information, I was charged without the discount or points I had applied when placing the order. Despite not receiving the food, they refused to cancel the order, and after speaking with four different support representatives, I still received no help. I will never use this "sad" service again, even if it means losing all my E& points. :( :(

I use Smiles over any other services available. It's absolutely great , especially for its offers but, it doesn't provide any additional voucher which is sad. I just have a suggestion, the food pickup should have an option to select the range i want to search for a restaurant. the food pickup is showing location 7-8kms away (it should but we should have a option to set distance)

Very disappointing experience with the Smiles grocery delivery service. I placed my order yesterday evening, and it was supposed to arrive between 8–11 AM today. After several delays and no proper updates, customer service said it would come between 3–6 PM, and then suddenly rescheduled it again to 9 PM! This was my first experience using this app in the UAE, and it turned out to be extremely frustrating. The lack of timely delivery, poor communication, and irresponsible handling of orders make
