I'm facing a issue with the camp data system. I'm inside the camp location, where I'm supposed to get unlimited data, but the app still charges my 1 GB It feels like the app can't detect my location properly, I tried contacting customer service contact customer service but didn't get any response

worst ever experience purchased this five sim on 7th October 2days back still now I can't use the internet inside camp and even in the city itself it's very worst. even to open the five sim mobile application itself it's showing oops! no internet intha mobile data ON state how irritating is this 70 Aed for 2 month 1 GB per day outside the camp worst worst anyone tell me can I make this problem solve? even the sim agent is arrogantly talking I can't do anything, go & cancel the SIM like this.

First of all, their customer service is very very bad, Their internet service is very bad and very slow, I would kindly request everyone to please let someone know about their Sim don't buy. Buying their internet is nothing more than a waste of money.Their network service is very very bad.
