Recently, I have had so many bugs. first, it crashed and it said I used points when I didn't and I was not able to get them back. Then I tried to order and my shopping cart would not pop-up so I couldn't hit confirm order and place it. this was after trying to contact customer support, (which was no help) and uninstalling and reinstalling. Also on top of that, there's been a multipe times where I ordered something from the monopoly menu which said it would come with a code only for it not to.

Very disappointed. I was able to use the app for 1 day with no issues. Every day since I have experienced issues at checkout. None of the payment options were accepted, giving me a message stating " ... an issue with your payment". I downloaded the app for the sake of convenience only to be consistently inconvenienced. The app has been deleted and reinstalled only to have the issues repeat. I'm over it ....

Nearly everyone seems to struggle with this app. In store everyone in line has needed help from staff. I couldn't locate the store address where I ordered to confirm I had it write. I've had a lot of problems using the Monopoly features and can sometimes find where to scan pieces in and other times that option is gone "Order or Play" it reads "Order to Play". I can't scan pieces, pita. App seems overly complicated and not intuitive.
