 Horrible app and experience. The app took the money then froze, no email sent and no sms. When I go to my bookings in my profile it freezes. Also, no one answers their support line! What shall I do?!

one of the worst booking app ever made it for this cinema, when you wanna book a movie you will facing many problems to do it and at the end you can't, you have do book it from the main cinema counter

Update: after 3 years, the app is still too complicated. 5 minute time limit to select seats and food for a large group. always times out. bad design. What's worse is that you cannot book seats in a screen if you leave a gap between yourself and seats next to you. You could be booking seats in an empty cinema but you are told to sit next to someone you do not know... together. ridiculous!
